Patrick has been involved in the real estate industry for 30 years. He started his own company, Arch Construction Management, Inc., in 1992. Arch Construction is an award winning firm that specializes in fixed-fee, open book general contracting in the residential and small commercial market. He serves as the 2014 and 2015 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC). It is an eight county and City of Chicago trade organization affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). In addition he serves on the Board of Directors for NAHB and is the Area VP of the Home Builders Association of Illinois. He also has been honored locally as the 2010 Builder of the Year and 2013 Remodeler of the Year.
Patrick also is one of the co-founders’ and past president of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Chicago Chapter. EO is the world’s only peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs. It is also the one of the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs, supporting today’s business owners in all aspects of their entrepreneurial journey. While there he created the first mentor program with World President’s Organization (WPO).
In the past he has served as a founder and/or president of five different volunteer organizations. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in International Business from DePaul University.
Presently Patrick is trying to create the “NAHB Innovation Awards” a national reward and recognition celebration for entrepreneurs and innovators in the housing and real estate industry. He is also working on integrating the startup and tech sector groups into the association world at NAHB and the other national housing associations including access to data, market research and industry experts.
