In 2013, Ori co-founded Sindeo, a company that's changing the way people make their largest financial decision: their mortgage. Sindeo grew to over 100 employees, provided mortgages in 12 states, and saved homeowners more than $30 million while delivering industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. Ori took the startup from idea through acquisition, being a core driver of strategy, culture, and marketing.
Ori's journey into entrepreneurship began in 2010 with an ice cream business called Guerrilla Ice Cream. That summer, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Vogue wrote about it. He taught Blake Lively to make ice cream, met Bobby Flay, and got 3 cavities.
Ori started his career in advertising, working with MasterCard, Unilever, ExxonMobil, and Intel to better understand their customer’s motivations and how to engage with them. Today, he’s working with early- and mid-stage startups to build a strong foundation to enable rapid scale, as well as with more established companies on creating an innovative, entrepreneurial culture and teams.
