Lisa Herceg, PRC, Director, Marketing Research has 16 years’ experience in marketing research and public policy research and has conducted research with NAR members for 11 years. Prior to NAR she was an analyst for Abt Associates, Inc. (now AbtSRBI), managing proposals for multi-million dollar federal research projects and performing quantitative analysis and qualitative research for large-scale federal government studies. She is experienced with multiple research methodologies, including web and telephone surveys, focus groups, one-on-one qualitative interviews, and web usability testing. She is a RIVA-trained focus group moderator, a skilled presenter, and proficient with SPSS (statistical analysis software). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Case Western Reserve University, the Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the Marketing Research Association and a completion certificate in Principles of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
