Deepak Hathiramani is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Vistronix Intelligence and Technology Solutions, a national security solutions provider specializing in the exploitation of Big Data. With a core competency in Data Mobility & Advanced Analytics, Vistronix’ solutions transform Big Data into actionable intelligence to protect our country’s safety, security and economic well being.

Nationally recognized as a leader, Vistronix was a Finalist for the 2013 Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Government Contractor “GovCon” Awards and the 2012 National Capital Area Business Ethics Award. Vistronix has received several awards including Inc. magazine’s Inc500 for three consecutive years, and Top 50 Tech Places to Work.

Mr. Hathiramani has more than 25 years of management and technical experience with privately funded and venture-funded high-tech start-ups. Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Hathiramani worked with high-tech start-ups including Nx Networks (previously known as Netrix Corporation) through its Initial Public Offering and Cinnabar Software until its sale to publically traded KMW Systems.

Mr. Hathiramani is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Walkable Urban Real Estate Development at George Washington University. He received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Mathematics/Physics from the University of Bombay, India. Mr. Hathiramani has completed several Business Executive Programs from the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College and possesses a Diploma in Business Management and Industrial Administration.

Mr. Hathiramani is a current member of the Audit and Compensation Committee of Vistronix and served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Vetronix until 2014. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council (PSC) and is a member of George Mason University’s Volgenau School of Engineering Advisory Board and Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Senior Advisory Board. In the past, Mr. Hathiramani served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Technology Alliance and was a member of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia’s E-Communities Task Force.
